Our Spa Attendantsknow that fluffy robes and fresh sheets really do make all the difference!

More specifically, our fabulous Spa Attendant:

Ensures clean, fresh laundry is available all day, every day
Is a master of the tools and products necessary to provide The Woodhouse the freshest laundry in the spa industry
Maneuvers the spa with ease and grace collecting used laundry without distracting guests or team members
Maintains an organized work space and places laundry in dedicated places
Has a keen attention to detail, is tidy and organized, and keeps the place spotless
Responsible for "Quiet" Room sweeps to pick up all dishes and misc. items
Restocks all snacks and maintains all levels of comfort for our guests
Clean women's and men's locker room and ensure proper sanitation of showers and restrooms
Performs a deep clean of laundry/break room and changing lounges once a week
Is the sanitation police and ensures all areas especially damp and moist areas are treated with extra care
Greets each and every guest with a smile and a warm welcome
Keeps the break room in order and never leaves a dish in the sink
Is a steward of the Woodhouse brand making sure all areas comply to Woodhouse standards
Takes pride in his/her work ensuring each guest has only the best experience
Communicates frequently with the hospitality team to meet and exceed all expectations
