Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree in engineering related fields.
- Must be proficient in operating a computer and using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Possess general knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Familiar with quality assurance principles, inspection techniques, testing procedures, and statistical analysis.
- Ability to communicate diplomatically and effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
- Familiarity with PPAP, APQP, and MSA.
- Strong preference for experience with data collection and analysis methods that lead to demonstrated improvements.
- ASQ CQE and/or Lean Six Sigma certifications are highly desired.

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Quality Engineer to join a space and aerospace manufacturing company in Saint George, Utah to conduct root cause analysis and engage in continuous improvement activities. Maintain the company's quality system and perform and monitor quality audits. Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding quality concerns and initiatives. Write and revise quality specifications. Prepare for and host customer and third-party quality audits.
Pay ranges from $75,000 - $95,000 a year and is dependent on experience and position fit.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
