📍 Location: Dallas, TX
💼 Compensation: $90,000-$120,000 (based on experience)
🕒 Work Setup: Hybrid - 3 days in-office

Our client is a dynamic and growing plaintiff-side litigation law firm based in Dallas, TX. Known for their commitment to advocating for employee rights, they are expanding their team and seeking a Senior Paralegal to support senior attorneys on complex litigation matters.

• Provide high-level paralegal support to senior attorneys on litigation cases.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Manage discovery processes, including document review, production, and organization.
• Prepare case summaries and chronologies.
• Conduct legal research.
• Maintain case files and manage deadlines.
• Assist with trial preparation and support during hearings or depositions.

• Minimum 4 years of paralegal experience , preferably in employment/business/civil law.
• Experience with Texas state court rules and procedures is essential.
• Strong drafting and discovery skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Plaintiff-side experience preferred, but defense-side candidates will also be considered.
