Job Description

LHH is currently partnering with a well-established legal organization in Jacksonville to recruit a Legal Secretary/Administrative Assistant. If you're a motivated professional with at least 1 year of legal experience, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and formatting legal documents and correspondence
  • Managing case files, including filing, scanning, and organizing legal records
  • Scheduling meetings, hearings, and maintaining attorney calendars
  • Communicating with clients, courts, and other legal professionals
  • Supporting attorneys with various administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a legal administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
