Our client is a prestigious national law firm. They are seeking an experienced Legal Billing Coordinator to join the team. The position is hybrid and based 3 out of 5 days per week at their beautiful office in Hackensack, NJ .

Job Details

1. Liaise between attorneys, secretaries, financial staff, and other internal stakeholders.
2. Manage attorney billing and generate reports.
3. Follow up on outstanding e-bills to monitor rejections.
4. Prepare spreadsheets, financial reports, and other documentation.
5. Salary: $62,000 - $84,000 annually, based on experience.

Skills and Qualifications

1. 3+ years experience with Legal Billing.
2. Experience in 3E or Aderant.
3. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
4. Precise, detail-oriented, and good with numbers.
5. Proficient in Excel.
