Capital Core Management is seeking a creative, organized, and driven professional to join our team as a Marketing, Events & Leasing Coordinator . This unique, hybrid role is essential to supporting the growth and success of our retail and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable developing digital content, coordinating events, and assisting with retail leasing efforts.

This position works closely with the Operations Manager, Leasing Team, and facility owners to execute effective marketing campaigns, plan high-impact events, and help maintain strong tenant relationships and leasing activity.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Social Media:

  • Manage and maintain organic posting for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).

  • Create and publish engaging content including posts, captions, videos, and graphics.

  • Execute and track all email marketing campaigns.

  • Monitor and respond to social media engagement; build online presence and community.

  • Analyze social media metrics and recommend improvements.

  • Collaborate on design of promotional materials (flyers, signage, ads, digital content).

Event Coordination:

  • Develop and manage an events calendar including community activations, tenant promotions, and property-hosted events.

  • Promote events through social, email, and local outreach.

  • Handle vendor communication, contracts, permits, and logistics.

  • Provide on-site support for events, ensuring positive guest experiences.

  • Track event performance and gather post-event feedback.

  • Maintain detailed records of event planning, communications, and budgets.

Leasing Support:

  • Respond to leasing inquiries and coordinate property tours for prospective tenants.

  • Assist with leasing documentation, proposals, and tenant communications.

  • Help maintain and update property availability lists and marketing flyers.

  • Monitor and update online leasing platforms and property listings.

  • Research local and national retail trends to support tenant mix strategy.

  • Support new tenant onboarding and promote grand openings or activations.

  • Directing and overseeing the entire leasing process, including new leases, renewals, and lease management.
  • Developing and implementing leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Maintaining accurate lease files and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Cultivating relationships with prospective and current tenants to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Public Relations & Brand Development:

  • Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and promotional content.

  • Coordinate with local press and influencers for coverage of events and milestones.

  • Help manage relationships with tenants to ensure alignment with brand and marketing goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3–5 years in marketing, events, or retail/commercial real estate leasing.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.

  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design tools.

  • Skilled in online advertising (Facebook/Google Ads a plus).

  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of commercial leasing process or willingness to learn.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organization and time management skills.

  • Customer-focused with a positive, professional demeanor.

  • Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays for events as needed.

    • Sales and Negotiation: Proven ability to close leases and negotiate terms.
    • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, both written and verbal, to interact with residents, staff, and vendors.
    • Organizational and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
    • Customer Service: Commitment to providing exceptional service to tenants and prospective residents.
    • Market Knowledge: Understanding of the local real estate market and competitor landscape.
    • Property Management Software: Proficiency in property management software, such as Yardi or similar systems.
    • Marketing and Social Media: Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.

       

Schedule:

  • 8–10 hour shifts

  • Evening/weekend availability required

  • Overtime and holiday work may occasionally be needed
