Job Description
We have an immediate opening for an energetic, outgoing Event Assistant to join our event marketing and fundraising team. This entry-level, full-time role is perfect for individuals who enjoy being on the frontlines of live events, supporting campaigns, and helping create memorable experiences. No prior experience is required— paid training and mentorship are provided.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with setup, teardown, and overall logistics of live events, fundraisers, and community outreach campaigns.
Support event staff and team leads to ensure smooth operations and high-quality execution.
Engage with attendees and participants, providing information and promoting campaigns or causes.
Help manage inventory, supplies, and materials needed for events.
Participate in team meetings and training programs to develop event coordination, marketing, and customer service skills.
Outgoing, energetic, and personable individuals who enjoy interacting with the public.
Dependable team players with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Comfortable in fast-paced, event-based environments; adaptable and flexible.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
No prior experience required— training is provided .
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Interest in event marketing, fundraising, or community engagement is a plus.
