**About the Role

**

We’re looking for two additional Assemblers to join a growing light manufacturing team in Acton, MA! This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role in a clean, climate-controlled environment.

You’ll be working on small-scale assembly projects that require steady focus and precision — for example:

• Placing stickers on plastic hubs

• Assembling small kits and components

• Performing quality checks using go/no-go gauges

• Applying product labels or decals to plastic parts with care and accuracy

If you enjoy meticulous work, have good hand-eye coordination, and take pride in producing high-quality results, this could be a great fit for you.

**What We’re Looking For

**

• Prior experience in assembly, packaging, or light manufacturing

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on precise or repetitive tasks

• Steady hands and patience for small-part or label application work (similar to decal or wrap placement)

• Reliable attendance and a consistent daily schedule
