Job Description

We’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Welders - Flux Core and/or Mig. As a Welder, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring high-quality work and contributing to our success. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Title: Welder - Flux Core and/or Mig

Location: Waco, TX

Pay Range: Typically between $23-$28/hr

Shift: 2nd Shift (4pm to 2:30am Monday through Thursday), Weekend Shift (5am to 5:30pm Friday through Sunday)

What's the Job?

• Perform welding tasks using Flux Core and/or Mig welding techniques.
• Ensure all welds meet quality standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 3 years of welding experience; 5 years preferred.
• Proficiency in Flux Core and/or Mig welding.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including 2nd and weekend shifts.
