Position: RN-NICU-Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-NICU-Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for a 13-week contract in Lubbock, Texas — earn up to ($2013 - $2119 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to neonatal patients in the NICU.
Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and health status regularly.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Educate families on neonatal care and health management.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
Evaluate and adjust care based on patient progress and feedback.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times.
Engage in performance measurement and improvement initiatives.
Utilize data to track patient outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
Support and mentor junior nursing staff in the NICU.
Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Texas with NICU experience preferred.
Ability to assess and monitor neonatal patients effectively.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Strong communication skills for educating families on care.
Experience in developing and implementing nursing care plans.
Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols.
Ability to maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Experience in mentoring or supporting junior nursing staff.
Willingness to participate in performance measurement initiatives.
Proficient in using data to track patient outcomes.
