\n\nJob Description\n

The Mother Baby RN will utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate the plan of care for patients served. Collaborating with all members of the health care team through the model of Shared Governance, the candidate will focus on promoting evidence-based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families. The candidate will embody and promote the PRIDE core values: Professionalism, Respect, Involvement, Dignity, and Excellence in every aspect of their job.

• Utilize the nursing process to provide comprehensive care for mothers and their infants.
\n
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
\n
• Evaluate and adjust the nursing care plan as necessary.
\n
• Engage in a healing culture that supports both patients and their families.
\n

\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n

\n
• Registered Nurse (RN) License - Required
\n
• Minimum of one year of acute care Mother Baby nursing experience in a hospital setting - Required
\n
• Excellent communication and computer skills - Required
\n
• Previous travel experience - Preferred
\n
• Experience with Epic system - Preferred
\n
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) - Preferred
\n
