Job Description & RequirementsQuick interviews with manager. Must be MT or MLT with strong blood bank experience. 2+ years of experience required. Will be performing blood typing, serological, and compatibility testing, preparing blood and blood components for transfusion, and maintaining accurate records. Also responsible for quality control, operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
