Job Title : Travel Counselor (Remote)
Client : A leading corporate travel industry client partnered with Swoon
Rate : $27/hour (W2 only)
Type : 4-month contract (potential to extend)
Start Date : August 4th
Location : Fully Remote – U.S. based
Schedule : Must be open to an 8-hour shift scheduled anytime between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM CST , Monday to Friday

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Travel Counselors to join our client’s high-performing team supporting corporate travel services. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely with a global leader in travel management, delivering outstanding service to business travelers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and book domestic and international travel (air, rail, car, hotel) using Sabre and/or Amadeus

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email (approx. 50/50 split)

  • Ensure compliance with travel policies and offer proactive travel solutions

  • Manage itinerary changes, cancellations, reissues, and emergency bookings

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service

  • Maintain client satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and with care

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience using Sabre Red 360 (or similar GDS)

  • Experience handling corporate travel bookings (not just leisure)

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment

  • Must be flexible to work within a rotating schedule between 8 AM – 8 PM CST

  • Experience with Salesforce or other travel CRMs is a plus
