Title & Survey Specialist | Hybrid | Jacksonville, FL | $60K–$75K

Are you detail-oriented and experienced in commercial real estate transactions? A well-established legal team is looking for a Title & Survey Specialist to support their growing real estate and housing practice.

📍 Location: Jacksonville, FL

🏠 Work Style: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 remote)

💰 Compensation: $60,000–$75,000 annually (based on experience)

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Review and interpret title commitments, surveys, and related real estate documents
Spot and resolve title discrepancies or issues
Liaise with title companies, surveyors, and legal teams to ensure smooth closings
Draft and respond to title objections
Support attorneys with closing documentation and compliance
Maintain accurate records and ensure all title/survey requirements are met
Communicate with clients to provide updates and resolve concerns

🎓 Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent coursework)
Prior experience in a title company or law firm, especially in commercial real estate
Strong knowledge of title and survey documentation
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Clear and professional communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively

💻 Tech Skills:

Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Adobe Pro or Kofax
DocuSign and ShareFile familiarity
Experience with NetDocuments, Centerbase, or similar systems is a plus
