We're seeking an exceptional Technical Recruiter to drive our AI Research teams' growth through strategic talent acquisition. In this role, you'll identify and engage world-class AI researchers and engineers, while building lasting relationships that strengthen our talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial outreach to interviews, delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Execute precise, targeted searches to identify and attract qualified candidate profiles
• Create and implement innovative sourcing initiatives to connect with passive candidates for specialized technical and research positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and research leaders to create tailored sourcing strategies aligned with team needs.
• Build and nurture talent communities while maintaining strong relationships with potential candidates.
• Apply a structured and metrics-driven approach to pipeline management and recruitment analytics.
• Provide talent market insights and recommendations to support recruitment initiatives and expansion strategies.

Qualifications:

• 0~2 years of experience sourcing AI and engineering talents across various specializations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously while maintaining high-quality candidate relationships.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a data-driven approach to tracking and improving recruitment metrics.

• Deep interest in AI and its applications in entertainment.
