Requirements for the position:

• Able to work a hybrid work schedule (3 days a week IN OFFICE)
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field required
• Experience cold calling & engaging candidates on job opportunities.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Proven track record of high achievement and outperforming peers
• Problem-solving and creative thinking skills
• Strong relationship building capabilities

• Ability to sell in a consultative style
• Strong prospecting or sourcing skills
• Ability to communicate with different personalities
• Result-oriented and motivated in nature
• Capacity to build strong working relationships
• Aptitude to meet and exceed performance metrics
