Job Description
Responsibilities include:
• Prepare and review personal and business tax returns (Federal, State, Local). Knowledge of Drake Software a big plus.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies for clients
• Provide financial statement preparation and analysis for small businesses
• Oversee bookkeeping and payroll services for clients of varying sizes
• Utilize QuickBooks and other accounting software to manage client records
• Advise clients on financial decisions, compliance, and tax-saving opportunities
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
• Communicate effectively with clients via email, phone, and the secure Client Portal
