Position Summary The TALINO Sales Specialist is a motivated and results-driven professional responsible for driving revenue by engaging with prospective and existing customers. This role requires a strong understanding of SUMURI's TALINO forensic workstations, an ability to communicate complex technical information clearly, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer support throughout the sales lifecycle. The ideal candidate excels in relationship-building, demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, and consistently delivers a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
• Proactively identify, engage, and nurture prospective customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle-from initial inquiry through quotation, follow-up, and closing.
• Present and explain TALINO products, configurations, and capabilities to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Other duties as assigned.
Customer Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, partners, and resellers.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on TALINO solutions, ensuring customer needs are accurately understood and addressed.
• Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Provide timely responses to customer questions, product inquiries, and support requests.
• Other duties as assigned.
Product Expertise
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of TALINO forensic workstations, hardware configurations, and compatible SUMURI software solutions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and evolving customer needs.
• Work closely with internal teams-including engineering, production, and support-to ensure accurate product information is delivered to customers.

Sales Operations & Documentation
• Prepare detailed and accurate quotations, proposals, and documentation with high attention to detail.
• Ensure all customer interactions and sales activities are properly recorded in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the Production and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
• Participate in trade shows, virtual demonstrations, and industry events as needed.

Qualifications Required:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology, hardware, or digital forensics industries.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
• Familiarity with forensic hardware, digital forensics workflows, or related technologies.
• Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
• Technical proficiency or willingness to learn detailed hardware specifications.
