Job Requirements

• Experience : Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong emphasis on React.
• Technical Expertise : Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS (Tailwind preferred), and frontend tooling.
• Performance Focus : Demonstrated ability to build optimized, scalable applications with a keen eye for performance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Experience working in cross-disciplinary teams, contributing to both product and engineering strategies.
• Attention to Detail : Strong ability to deliver pixel-perfect implementations and maintain design consistency.
• Problem Solving : Exceptional analytical and debugging skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Startup Mindset : Grit and adaptability to thrive in high-paced, early-stage startup environments.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Frontend Development : Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and performant frontend applications using React.
• Collaborative Development : Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• UI/UX Integration : Translate design prototypes into responsive and interactive user interfaces while ensuring high fidelity.
• Code Optimization : Write clean, efficient, and reusable code with a focus on performance and maintainability.
• Problem Solving : Address and resolve complex frontend challenges, ensuring robust and user-friendly solutions.
• Systematic Approach : Build and maintain component libraries and design systems to enhance development efficiency.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI technologies and LLM-based applications.
• Experience contributing to or leading multiple product areas.
• Founding or entrepreneurial experience demonstrating ownership and accountability.
• Educational background in Computer Science from top institutions (e.g., Waterloo, MIT, Berkeley).
