Job Description
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Occupational Therapist Elementary School Setting (K-8 Itinerant)
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Duration: Contract through 5/21/2026
Hours: Full-time, 37.5-40 hours per week
This opportunity seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide both direct and indirect services within an elementary school environment. The role involves supporting a caseload of approximately 40 students ranging from mild to severe needs, across one or two itinerant locations. Responsibilities include delivering compensatory services and supervising COTA personnel. Candidates with prior school-based OT experience are highly preferred.
