TRC Talent is proud to partner with a rapidly growing EV battery manufacturer in Byhalia, MS, as they expand their digital manufacturing capabilities. We are seeking two highly motivated and experienced SAP Solutions Architects to join their team — one focused on Production Planning & Quality Management (PP/QM) and one focused on Procurement, Logistics & Warehouse (EWM/P2P).
These roles will be instrumental in shaping next-generation manufacturing and supply-chain systems on SAP S/4HANA, ensuring end-to-end integration across production, procurement, logistics, and quality.

Role 1: SAP Solutions Architect – Production Planning & Quality Management (PP/QM)
Key Responsibilities
• Design and configure Production Planning (PP) functions: MRP, scheduling, production orders, capacity planning, BOMs/routings, and variant configuration.
• Implement Quality Management (QM) processes: inspection planning, sampling, CAPA workflows, QIR/NCR handling, and integration with APQP/PPAP requirements.
• Ensure seamless cross-module integration with MM, SD, FI/CO, PM/EHS, WM/EWM, MES, and LIMS.
• Collaborate with suppliers to enable EDI integrations and quality collaboration through Ariba or similar platforms.
• Lead implementation projects, mentor IT staff, and develop process documentation and user training materials.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation through analytics, IoT integration, and predictive quality initiatives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (SAP PP/QM certifications preferred).
• 6+ years of SAP PP/QM experience, including at least two full implementation cycles.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality standards (APQP, PPAP, QIR).
• Experience integrating supplier quality and collaboration tools (e.g., Ariba).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Role 2: Sr. SAP Architect – Procurement, Logistics & Warehouse (EWM/P2P)
Key Responsibilities
• Architect and design end-to-end logistics and procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, warehouse operations, and supplier collaboration.
• Develop integrated process blueprints across SAP EWM, MM, LE, Ariba, and related modules covering inbound-to-pay lifecycle.
• Configure and implement warehouse management processes—put-away, picking, staging, handling units, barcoding, and ASRS/AGV integration.
• Lead design and implementation of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions using SAP MM and Ariba (Buying, Invoicing, SLP, SCC).
• Integrate with external systems such as 3PL, MES, SCADA, and supplier portals via SAP BTP and Cloud Platform Integration.
• Evaluate emerging technologies (AI/ML for warehouse and supplier analytics, IoT logistics visibility).
• Mentor technical teams and ensure governance and documentation across all SAP initiatives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years of SAP experience in logistics, warehouse, and procurement (MM, LE, EWM, Ariba).
• Proven record of designing and implementing integrated SAP solutions across complex supply chains.
• Experience leading greenfield or global rollouts.
• SAP certifications in EWM and/or Ariba preferred.
• Background in automotive, EV, or advanced manufacturing industries is a plus.
