Overview We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Basis Administrator with senior-level expertise in SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC, and complex SAP/ERP environments. This role involves providing technical leadership, Basis administration, system configuration, troubleshooting, and support for SAP landscapes hosted in hybrid cloud environments (including AWS). Location: Remote / Occasional Travel to Washington, DC Employment Type: Contract / Full-time Clearance Required: Active Secret Clearance Responsibilities Provide senior-level SAP Basis consulting for S/4 HANA, ECC, and integrated ERP environments. Perform system configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of SAP systems and third-party interfaces. Ensure system security, including securing user access and managing SAP Single Sign-On (SSO), SSL certificates, and role-based security controls. Support and maintain SAP applications: SAP S/4 HANA, Fiori, ECC, Solution Manager (ABAP/JAVA), BOBJ, Business Warehouse, SAP Router, SAP Web Dispatcher, Adobe Document Services (ADS). Execute and manage transport migrations, patches, support packages, and SAP HANA database updates. Support system/client copies, refreshes, and sandbox/quality environment stand-ups. Lead SAP application installations, migrations, and upgrades. Assist with disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution for SAP applications. Perform SAP server/host migrations, especially across AWS regions. Provide technical architecture support for AWS cloud-hosted SAP applications. Collaborate on database administration activities (HANA restores, refreshes, and migrations). Conduct performance testing to ensure system stability and efficiency. Support compliance efforts by ensuring systems meet Authority to Operate (ATO) requirements. Implement and configure archive solutions in SAP S/4HANA. Qualifications Active Secret Clearance required. 10+ years of experience in SAP Basis Administration across large-scale SAP/ERP environments. Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and SAP ECC landscapes. Proven experience with SAP HANA Studio, SAP GUI/WebUI, SAP Business Objects, SAP Solution Manager, SAP Fiori. Hands-on experience with AWS environments (Linux, Windows, SQL databases). Expertise in SSL certificate management, SAP Router, SAP Web Dispatcher, and system security. Familiarity with disaster recovery strategies, migrations, and performance testing.
