Express Employment Professional is searching for a Sanitation Driver Helper to work on residential routes in Delaware, OH


Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with waste and recycling collection: Emptying trash and recycling receptacles into the truck, ensuring proper loading and organization.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area: Cleaning up spills and overflows, keeping the truck tidy.
• Assist with driving and maneuvering: Providing guidance for backing up the truck and ensuring safe driving practices.
• Customer interaction: Interacting professionally with internal and external customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned: This may include loading or unloading items, assisting with route management, or other tasks as directed by the driver or supervisors.

Skills and Abilities:

• Physical ability: The ability to lift and carry heavy items, and the physical stamina to handle the demands of the job.
• Communication skills: Clear and effective communication with the driver and customers.
• Teamwork skills: Ability to work collaboratively with the driver and other team members.
• Attention to detail: Ensuring proper loading and organization, and paying attention to details during the route.
• Ability to follow instructions: Following directions from the driver and supervisors.
