Job Description:

We are an overseas manufacturer of high-quality dog, cat, and fish feed, seeking an experienced Sales Manager to expand our presence in the US market. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in pet feed sales, an established network of distributors, retailers, and pet food brands, and the ability to drive B2B sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share in the United States.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail chains.
• Identify and onboard new clients, including pet stores, online retailers, and large-scale buyers.
• Conduct market research to understand trends, pricing, and competitor strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure profitability and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with the overseas manufacturing team to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in pet food sales (dog, cat, fish feed).
• Strong industry connections and proven success in B2B sales.
• Deep understanding of the pet food industry, regulations, and distribution channels in the USA.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Experience working with overseas suppliers is a plus.
