About Us:
Group-A Engineering (est. 1995) specializes in designing performance parts for the Automotive, Motorcycle, and Powersports industries. Our brands include Skunk2 Racing, Kraftwerks Performance, Grams Performance, and Project Red Dog.

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about the automotive industry who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

• Quick learner and team player
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Organized and comfortable with multi-tasking
• Proficient in MS Office (ie: Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Comfortable with computers and able to quickly learn different marketing platforms (ie: social media apps, CRM, ERP, etc.)
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Accountability and commitment to generating results
• Automotive background or industry knowledge strongly preferred
  
   

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

• Respond to sales inquiries via email and phone
• Provide customers with order updates, shipping ETAs, and product information
• Assist the Sales Department with data entry and order processing
• Support retail customers with product and order questions
• Handle basic technical inquiries (in person and over the phone)

Marketing:

· Communicate with sponsored individuals and partners

· Help manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) by scheduling posts, writing captions, and maintaining account activity

· Update and maintain website content, including uploading new products, swapping banners, and revising product information

· Perform general administrative tasks and assist with special projects as assigned

 

Additional Requirements:

• Full-time, on-site position in Norco, CA
• Flexibility for travel and occasional overtime
