General Manager- Fast Casual Cafe/Restaurant

• Team Leadership : Hire, train, and motivate a team to ensure high performance and meet cafe goals. 
• Customer Experience : Ensure guests have an "extraordinary" experience through high-quality food and service, and build customer relationships. 
• Operational Excellence : Oversee all aspects of cafe operations, including managing staffing needs, scheduling, and creative problem-solving. 
• Business Acumen : Drive positive results by understanding the business and managing staff effectively. 

Qualifications

• Experience : Minimum of 3 years of restaurant General Manager experience is preferred. 
• Skills : Must be able to direct, motivate, coach, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment. 
• Certifications : ServSafe certification (or the ability to obtain it) is required. 
• Physical Requirements : Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, bend, reach, push, pull, and stand for long periods. 
• Availability : Must have flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
