Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage potential clients through phone, email, or video calls, effectively communicating policy features, benefits, coverage, and premiums.
• Guide clients through the application and underwriting process with ease and clarity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to both existing and prospective clients, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism.
• Process insurance claims and resolve inquiries or issues efficiently and empathetically. 
• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations to serve our clients better.
