Physical Therapist – Rehab Director / Clinic Manager (Hospital IP/OP)

*Location: Socorro, New Mexico*
*Salary: Up to $130,000/year (DOE)*
Bonuses: $10,000+ sign-on/retention bonus + $1,000/month housing allowance for first 6 months
Schedule: Full-time

*What You’ll Do*

* Lead the rehab department, managing staff, scheduling, and operations.
* Provide direct patient care in physical therapy (IP/OP).
* Recruit, mentor, and evaluate therapy staff, volunteers, and students.
* Develop therapy programs and explore new market opportunities.
* Ensure compliance, documentation, and quality assurance standards are met.
* Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the healthcare team.
* Drive budget, efficiency, and patient-centered outcomes.

*What We’re Looking For*

*Required:*

* Degree in Physical Therapy (B.A./B.S., M.A./M.S., or DPT).
* Current PT license (or ability to obtain in NM).

*Preferred:*

* 5+ years of therapy experience.
* Prior leadership or multi-discipline clinic management experience.
