More Generous Paid Sick Leave: 1 hour/per 30 hours for all FT employees, accrual for (5) days, (forty hours per year)
Other Compensation:
Quarterly Attendance Bonus – If an employee does not receive more than (2) attendance points during the previous 12 months –earn 1
Attendance Bonus Day. Year (2) you could earn (1) Bonus Paid Time Off Day and (1) Attendance Day = (2 Bonus Days). Also, an employee who
receives no attendance points will receive a quarterly bonus of $50. Paid in 1st week of second month following the quarter.
