Job Description
Join us as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where you'll oversee the entire clinical recruitment process, from sourcing top candidates across various platforms to conducting interviews and finalizing hires. Collaborate closely with our Case Management and HR teams to fulfill staffing needs for our clients.
Responsibilities Include
- Post and manage job listings on various platforms.
- Source and review candidates within 24 hours using platforms like Indeed, Facebook, and Zip Recruiter.
- Host engaging virtual open houses to showcase our mission and services.
- Maintain a well-organized ATS system.
- Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
- Ensure continuous communication throughout the application and onboarding process.
- Coordinate daily meetings with Case Managers to review staffing needs.
- Reach out to previous candidates with new job opportunities.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and job fairs.
- Contribute ideas for departmental improvement in team meetings.
- Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and compliance regulations.
