Who Were Looking For

You should bring agency or inside sales experienceideally in finance, insurance, or executive searchand a track record of exceeding goals. This is a high-impact role with immediate access to active client openings and a strong book of business.

What Youll Do

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle: source, screen, and place top talent
• Partner directly with clients and hiring managers
• Build and maintain pipelines of high-level professionals
• Cold call, network, and hustle to grow your book
• Stay sharp on market trends and industry talent
• Collaborate with our BD team to deliver unmatched client service

What You Need

• 3+ years of agency recruiting or inside sales experience
• Proven ability to hit targets in a high-expectation environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with ATS, Google Workspace, and virtual tools
• Industry knowledge in finance, insurance, or private wealth a plus
