Compensation:

$125,000 - $195,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Guide clients through the home-buying or selling process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies that enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
  • Utilize our proven systems to manage leads effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and communication.
  • Stay informed about local market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
  • Assist clients in understanding the real estate market, offering advice and guidance tailored to their needs and goals.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to guide clients through complex processes.
  • Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven, with a focus on achieving personal and team goals.
  • Familiarity with the local real estate market or a strong willingness to learn about it quickly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, sharing insights and strategies for mutual success.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for lead management and client communication.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
