Job Description
Property Manager for manufactured home community in southwest Albuquerque
Daily/Monthly tasks include:
Collecting Rents
Keeping track of and collecting on past due rent
Sending out 3 day and non-compliance notices
Driving through community to make sure it is properly maintained
Filing and going to court for restitution cases
Signing leases
Looking for someone with
· Prior property manager experience
· Knowledge of Word/Excel programs
· Knowledge of Yardi Property Management software is a preferred
· Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred
Hours M-F 9-5 and first Saturday of the month 9-1, occasionally will need to work overtime if a situation arises.
Pay is $25 per hour
