We have built a legacy of trust and reliability and take pride in being one of the most experienced and trusted roofing companies in Los Angeles Project Manager – Your Job Duties As Production Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of roofing projects from scheduling through completion. You will oversee job site operations, ensure crews are meeting quality and safety standards, maintain project timelines, and communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal staff. You Will: Manage the foreman and roofing crews, including overseeing production Oversee a minimum of $100,000 in projects on a weekly basis Create efficiencies so that we can scale production and revenue (the goals is to oversee $150,000 in weekly project revenues) Communicate project status, work procedures, complaints, and construction problems Pull permits Schedule and oversee the crew schedule Oversee Safety considerations on the jobsite Your Day: You will work in the office; review permits, and make sure the production schedule is filled with the right jobs and the roofing crews know where they are going for the day every morning. Your goal – the schedule is tight and efficient every week. Project Manager – You Must Have Prior experience in residential or commercial trades, overseeing crews and scheduling (roofing preferred but not required) Successful project management capabilities, overseeing multiple projects from start to finish. Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate crews and other subcontractors, and personnel Working knowledge of building codes and safety regulations Expertise in managing material logistics, including strategic ordering, delivery coordination, and inventory control Speak Spanish fluently Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation The compensation for this role includes a base salary ranging starting at $80,000, complemented by an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this, the benefits package includes paid time off (PTO), sick days, and paid holidays, along with a gas card to cover expenses for trips into the field.
