We’re Hiring: Production Control Supervisor

High Bridge, NJ | Full-Time

At Trident Maritime Systems – Custom Alloy Division , we take on complex, high-stakes projects for both government and commercial clients. We’re looking for a Production Control Supervisor to oversee production scheduling and materials management, ensuring smooth operations and on-time product delivery.

This leadership role is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills, manufacturing experience, and a passion for driving efficiency across teams.

• Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer and business demands
\n
• Oversee material planning and inventory management to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
\n
• Collaborate with plant operations, purchasing, engineering, and quality to resolve bottlenecks and align priorities
\n
• Monitor and analyze production performance, implementing improvements where needed
\n
• Lead and mentor team members within production control
\n
• Manage change orders and adjust schedules to meet evolving requirements
\n
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies
\n

\n
• U.S. Citizenship required
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business, or equivalent experience
\n
• 3–5 years of experience in production control or product management (manufacturing environment)
\n
• 2–3 years supervisory or management experience
\n
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and scheduling software
\n
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
\n
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and inventory control methods preferred
\n
• Familiarity with maritime or industrial manufacturing a plus
\n
