The Council’s Procurement department supports purchasing goods and services necessary to conduct Council business. This position is eligible for hybrid (remote and onsite) teleworking. The Principal Contract Administrator provides oversight in the development of solicitations for Specifications for Invitation for Bid (IFB) and Request for Proposal (RFP) documents. Will run solicitations publicly, formally and informally, manage bid openings, and facilitate evaluation panels for RFPs. Will award and execute contracts, prepare and negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
