Adecco Staffing is working with a company in Lowell, MA to bring on manufacturing associates! This is a full-time position with options for OT!


Location : Lowell, MA

Pay : $16.00 - $19.00 per hour to start

Shifts Available:
We are hiring on all shifts. Schedules will vary by department.


We are hiring for multiple openings with a well-known food manufacturing company in the Lowell, MA area. These are entry-level to mid-level production roles with full-time hours and opportunities for overtime. No experience required for many positions.


Available Positions:
• Packing
• Machine Operation
• Basic Warehouse / Material Handling


Job Duties:
• Pack and inspect products on the production line
• Operate basic manufacturing machinery (training provided)
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow food safety and quality guidelines
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
• Meet production goals and work as part of a team
• Load/unload materials as needed
• Label, seal, and palletize products
• Support machine operators with changeovers and basic setup
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation tasks


Requirements :
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 25-40 lbs as needed
• Reliable and able to maintain consistent attendance
• Willing to work overtime as required

Pay Details: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
