With multiple locations and more on the way, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service and reliable delivery solutions for both residential and commercial clients.

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a dependable and customer-focused Pickup & Delivery Driver to join our team. The driver is responsible for picking up laundry from residential and commercial customers, delivering clean laundry back to them, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience at every stop. This position also includes occasional delivery and pickup of supplies between our store locations.

Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver laundry orders from homes and businesses according to scheduled routes.

• Ensure all orders are accurately accounted for and properly handled during transport.

• Communicate with customers in person and over the phone in a professional and courteous manner.

• Load and unload laundry bags, sometimes weighing up to 40 lbs.

• Perform basic vehicle inspections and keep the delivery van clean and organized.

• Occasionally pick up and deliver supplies to Tornado Laundromat store locations.

• Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to lift, carry, and load/unload up to 40 lbs repeatedly.

• Comfortable getting in and out of the delivery van multiple times throughout the day.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Reliable, punctual, and organized.

• Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred but not required.
