About the Opportunity:
She Recruits is excited to present a brand-new nocturnist opportunity in Tampa, FL. This role is perfect for physicians who want a focused night shift schedule with no procedures or codes, and support from mid-level providers. You’ll be part of a growing, physician-led hospitalist group dedicated to evidence-based care and transforming healthcare delivery in the Tampa Bay area.
Role Highlights:
Schedule: 7 PM – 7 AM, 7 on / 7 off (approx. 183 shifts annually)
Duties: All admissions and floor call
Extra shifts available for additional compensation
Mid-level support for floor call and admissions
Expected admissions: 8–12 per night

Qualifications:
MD or DO from an accredited program
U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
Open to new graduates
