They are completely vertically integrated and have one of the industries best succession planning structures. Managers are usually promoted within 12-18 months and the growth doesn't have to stop after that.
We are looking for a future Plant Manager. This individual will be hired as an Assistant Plant Manager to be groomed for a Plant Manager position at another facility. This is an opportunity to learn this business from a highly accomplished team.
