WAREHOUSE LOADER JOB DESCRIPTION


Hours:


Mon - Thur; 5:00p.m. - 3:00a.m.


Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for scanning, picking, packing, and wrapping products to pallets/carts for outbound shipments to the market. Additional responsibilities include put-away of return products while maintaining a clean warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pull orders as directed by pick system.
2. Scan, pick, pack and wrap product to a pallet or delivery cart.
3. Ensure that all products are handled and stacked safely and securely to prevent damage.
4. Ensure accuracy of product through systematic quality controls.
5. Stage pallet or cart in designated area for loading process.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
7. Communicate with warehouse staff and truck drivers to coordinate loading and unloading processes.
8. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
9. Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
4. Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods of time.
5. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Forklift certification a plus.
