Marketing Manager — Build & Lead PRC’s Brand and Growth

Our goal is simple: build a brand that’s as strong as the work we deliver — and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager who’s ready to grow with us, lead with passion, and make a measurable impact every single month.

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a results-driven, creative, and analytical Marketing Manager to take full ownership of PRC’s marketing engine.

You’ll be responsible for branding, lead generation, and ROI across every marketing channel — from Google Ads and SEO to social media, email, direct mail, and field marketing.

You’ll manage a small but powerful team (appointment setter, inside sales, and review specialist) and report directly to the COO and CEO.

This is a high-visibility role designed for someone who wants to grow into Director of Marketing or CMO as PRC expands across Florida.

What You’ll Do

• Build and strengthen PRC’s brand identity — ensuring consistent design, messaging, and reputation across all platforms.
• Manage and optimize marketing channels: Google Ads, social, email, direct mail, SEO, and reputation management.
• Develop and track key performance dashboards — cost per lead, ROI, and channel effectiveness.
• Oversee a $40,000/month marketing budget with clear accountability for results.
• Hit performance targets : deliver 160 qualified leads per month and maintain 80% conversion rates through consistent lead follow-up and nurturing.
• Lead and develop your team to ensure every lead is handled quickly and professionally.
• Attend marketing conferences and industry events to stay ahead of trends and bring fresh strategies to PRC.
• Report weekly and monthly to leadership with actionable insights and new ideas for growth.

Who You Are

• A strategic thinker who can balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
• Experienced in Google Ads, HubSpot or CRM systems, SEO, and social media advertising.
• Confident leading teams, managing budgets, and presenting to leadership.
• 5+ years of marketing experience — ideally in construction, contracting, or service industries.
• A builder at heart: someone who wants to take ownership, grow with the company, and create long-term success for everyone involved.
