Job SummaryThe B2B Door-to-Door Sales Manager will lead and support a high-performing team of outside sales representatives focused on acquiring small-to-medium business customers through direct, face-to-face sales efforts. This role is hands-on, field-driven, and performance-oriented — ideal for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. The Sales Manager will coach and mentor the team, track performance, optimize sales strategies, and help the team meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets. The sales focus includes business connectivity, wireless solutions, social media marketing, and website development and maintenance, providing comprehensive digital and communication solutions tailored to business needs.
Core Responsibilities
● Recruit, train, and manage a team of B2B door-to-door sales representatives focused on selling telecom and IT services (internet, wireless, VoIP, etc.) to SMBs.
● Lead from the front — actively participate in field sales activities, including business visits, prospecting, and customer follow-ups.
● Provide real-time coaching and support to help team members overcome objections, close deals, and develop strong consultative selling skills.
● Monitor daily and weekly KPIs such as doors knocked, leads generated, presentations made, and deals closed.
● Implement sales contests, recognition programs, and other incentives to keep the team motivated and focused.
● Develop efficient territory strategies to ensure consistent coverage and market penetration.
● Ensure that all reps represent Simple Activate professionally and ethically while building long-term client relationships.
● Deliver ongoing performance feedback, handle disciplinary issues as needed, and support career growth for top performers.
● Collaborate with internal departments for smooth order processing, onboarding, and customer service follow-up.
● Maintain accurate and timely reporting of sales activities through CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
● Attend regular leadership meetings, share field insights, and contribute to strategy development.
● Ensure adherence to compliance, training protocols, and company policies during field activitie
Requirements
● 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or management role
● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
● Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
● Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
● Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
● Preferred experience in telecom industry (AT&T, Comcast, Verizon, and T-Mobile)
● Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
