Pay Range: $40.12–$50.00/hr
Duration: 52 weeks (Direct hire position)

 

🔹 Job Overview

The Clinical Supervisor manages nursing staff and resources to ensure high-quality patient care within approved guidelines and budget. This role requires strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and the ability to resolve patient-care challenges while supporting staff.

 

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise for patient placement
• Coordinate patient movement, transfers, and unit flow
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and assist in resolving problems
• Communicate patient/unit needs with staff, families, leadership, and ancillary departments
• Evaluate, coach, and counsel nursing personnel
• Monitor adherence to staffing, standards of care, and time/attendance
• Support performance improvement and educational initiatives
• Participate in policy and protocol development
• Demonstrate strong professional judgment and decision-making

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of related nursing experience
• Knowledge of disease management, clinical pathways, and psychosocial models
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication
• Ability to prioritize and manage workflows efficiently
• Detail-oriented, especially with clinical and numerical data

🔹 Preferred Experience

• ER RN experience strongly preferred
• Specialty certification (optional)

🔹 Education & Licensure

• Graduate of an approved nursing program (diploma or degree)
• Active Oklahoma RN license or multi-state compact RN license
