Licensed Trauma Therapist

Health and Healing Therapy is growing. We’re adding seeking a clinician who brings experience, depth, and expertise in one or more of these specific therapy modalities:

• Trauma Therapy — EMDR, Brain-spotting, Somatic (Somatic Experiencing, Sensorimotor, TIST), or other trauma focused therapy approach and intervention.

Our Practice

Health and Healing Therapy is a group practice in Bartlett, IL , serving Bartlett, Streamwood, Schaumburg, Hanover Park, Elgin, South Elgin, St. Charles, West Chicago, and surrounding areas. We are located in the Chicagoland area in northern Dupage County Illinois, western Cook County Illinois, and eastern central Kane County Illinois. 

We support children, teens, adults, seniors, families, couples, and groups —in person and via tele-health. Our practice supports evidence-based care including : ACT   DBT, CBT, ERP, EMDR, Brainspotting, Motivational Interviewing etc.

Our Therapists

• Provide effective and high-quality psychotherapy
• Complete timely documentation
• Are available for day and evening hours or day, evening, and weekend hours.
• Collaborate with each other in support of our culture and values
• Engage in group case consultation and individual supervision
• Are highly motivated to learn and grow as a therapists and continually seek ongoing clinical training to expand and deepen their skills and knowledge.
• Love to laugh with each other and spend time together during our daily shared lunch break— synergy is a big part of our culture.

We are Seeking Therapists who are:

• Licensed in Illinois : LCSW, LCPC, LSW, LPC, LMFT, or licensed Psychologist
• Trained in at least one of the specialty areas: EMDR, Brainspotting, Somatic Therapy, TIST, or other specialized trauma training. 
• Committed to growth, integrity, and excellent client care
• A team player who want to collaborate and connect with other passionate therapists

FT Annual Salary Range $72,000 - $95,000

Session Rate Range: $54.00 - $90.00
