Job Description : Are you a skilled and passionate plumber who loves working with quality people? Sanders Plumbing, Heat and Air is seeking a dedicated Service Plumber to join our amazing team. We pride ourselves on making a difference in the community, one plumbing job at a time.

As a Service Plumber with us, you'll be primarily focused on residential repair (75% of the work). We don’t do bids—just repairs. This role is perfect for those with hands-on experience and expertise in all things plumbing, including water heaters , tankless water heaters , stems , shower valves , service lines , PRVs , re-pipes , and slab leaks . If you enjoy problem-solving and providing excellent service, you'll be a great fit!

Qualifications :

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, especially water heaters (tankless and traditional), shower valves, and slab leaks.
• Experience in residential repair plumbing (no bids).
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Valid plumbing license (if applicable).
