Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Engage proactively with current and potential customers, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries efficiently.
  • Policy Management: Assist policyholders with understanding their existing policies and making informed decisions regarding renewals and modifications.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring data integrity.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor feedback and participate in training opportunities to continually enhance customer service skills.
Requirements
  • Licensing: Current Mississippi Property & Casualty License is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or the insurance industry is recommended.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to listen and communicate effectively to establish robust client relationships.
  • Problem-Solving: Capable of resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently.
