We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Scrum Master to support our Agile teams in delivering high-impact integration projects . The ideal candidate will have foundational Scrum knowledge, hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, and a strong understanding of system integration processes. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow their Agile career while contributing to complex, cross-functional technology initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Assist in facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Support the Product Owner in maintaining a well-groomed product backlog. Help identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress. Foster a collaborative and transparent team environment. Track and report on key Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts). Coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders involved in integration efforts. Ensure alignment between development, QA, DevOps, and external systems teams. Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement within the team. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile team support role. Exposure to or experience with integration projects (e.g., APIs, middleware, data pipelines). Basic understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills. Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) is a plus. Preferred Skills: Understanding of integration testing. Experience working in cross-functional teams and multi-vendor environments.
