Nvidia has continuously reinvented itself over two decades. Our invention of the GPU in 1999 sparked the growth of the PC gaming market, redefined modern computer graphics, and revolutionized parallel computing. More recently, GPU deep learning ignited modern AI — the next era of computing. NVIDIA is a “learning machine” that constantly evolves by adapting to new opportunities that are hard to solve, that only we can tackle, and that matter to the world. This is our life’s work, to amplify human imagination and intelligence. Make the choice to join us today! NVIDIA is looking for an individual to help with the administration, operations, and support of business-critical Jira and Confluence applications used by engineering and operations teams in NVIDIA DGX Cloud. What you’ll be doing: Primary owner for configuring and managing multiple widely-used Jira and Confluence projects. Help software teams optimize ways of working and productivity in these tools. Day to day responsibilities include working on all types of production support activities for Jira and Confluence, answering help requests, updating project configurations, troubleshooting, and working on improvement projects for workflow and usability. Setup new projects and manage existing projects. Find new solutions for team-specific workflow problems. Develop reports and dashboards to visualize work. Train new users and improve Jira proficiency for all users. This is a user-facing operational role, and does not include IT infrastructure management. The application environment is mixed and primarily based on Microsoft technologies. What we need to see: Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Atlassian certifications in Jira and/or Confluence. At least 5 years of experience administrating Jira and Confluence for software development, devops, and SRE teams.
