Location: Lynnwood, WA

Starting Salary Range: $26 - $29/hour; depending on experience

Classification: Non-Exempt

Must be eligible to work in the U.S. - Sponsorship not available

Position Overview: Provide first level of support for computer users, ensure information is current, and provide installation, troubleshooting and training services as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install hardware and components such as monitors, keyboards, printers, and disk drives.
  • Computer hardware & software troubleshooting
  • Computer upgrades such as hard drives & ram.
  • System Imaging, load appropriate software packages (i.e., operating systems, networking components and office applications).
  • Setup user accounts in Active Directory and Office 365
  • Setup cell phones and desk phones
  • License software packages to ensure compliance, asset tracking, and monitor inventory.
  • Assist in the customization and adaptation of existing programs to meet user's requirements.
  • Provide one-on-one computer/telephone support to employees in-house and on job sites.
  • Connect users to networks and provide initial training in applications.
  • Communicates project status, updates, and completion information to managers and/or users. Tracks support requests using help desk ticketing software.
  • Create technical and end user documentation.
  • Regular attendance and promptness are considered part of each employee's essential job functions.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Back up IT Operations Supervisor's duties when needed.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Technical knowledge of Desktop hardware and operating systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Ability to be receptive to new changes to software, procedures, and policies.
  • Willing to work as a team and with other employees.

  • None.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • 1 year of related work experience desired

Required Licensing and Other Certifications:

  • Maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
